Aimee Molleman beendet Wettkampfkarriere

 1 Bild Aimee Molleman war im niederländischen Bodybuilding hochgelobt, nachdem sie nach nur 5 Jahren bereits eine imposante Figur auf die Bühne stellte. Nur kurz nach dem Rücktritt von Vivian Hylkema erhielten wir auch von Aimee die Nachricht, dass sie zukünftig nicht mehr an den Start geht.
Sie bräuchte Zeit für sich selbst und ihre Familie, nachdem sie ihr Leben die letzten 5 Jahre nur um Bodybuilding drehte. Obwohl sie alles gab, kam am Ende nie mehr als der zweite Platz heraus.
"I had a goal and that was to put muscles and feminity together in a body but every contest I've compete in, the huge and not feminin types of bodybuilders won! Even when I was in better shape like in 2008 the Grand Prix of Holland. That was the second year I'v placed 2nd. That type of bodybuilding is no goal for me and that's why I decided to quit bodybuilding."
Aimee belegte im letzten Oktober beim Body-Xtreme Invitational den 5. Platz. Es war auch gleichzeitig das letzte Mal, dass man sie auf der Bühne sehen konnte.
"I am not involved in the sport anymore. I only train when I feel like it. I still have some muscles, but not for contests for me anymore. :-)", so Aimee Mollemann im Interview mit Body-Xtreme.
