Morning, exercise and breakfast.I have started working out in the mornings. Should I eat breakfast, before or after? I have been just having my cup of black coffee, and then eating when i get back,but Im new to exercise and not sure, if that is hurting my calorie loss or not? if you think, I should eat first what is a good exercise breakfast?
Re: Morning, exercise and breakfast.Working out in the morning is very difficult... U need enough time between breakfast and workout (in my opinion at least 1 hour). To burn calories an empty stomach is better then eating before workout (Insulin and HCG).
And then u also need your postworkout shake, pretty fast after workout. If you want to eat before workout, you must have a look at the carbohydrates, they shouldn't be too high. Train Hard! Feel Good!
