Those supplements are two different things. I try to tell u in English:
Whey Protein: Is a Protein (u need Protein to rebuild ur muscles) which is recorded faster to your circulation, so it is faster available to your muscles. But it's just a SUPPLEMENT. Your food also must have whay of Protein (about 1,5 till 2g per kg bodyweight). You can read the other discussions about that.
Creatine: is a supplement, which you can take in a cure (about 4-6 Weeks). It saves water in your muscle, that the muscle 1. looks bigger and 2. has the posibility to move bigger weights. But most of the wight you've gained you won't keep, because the water removes your body.
So you can't tell wich is better, those are two different things.
But always the question: How long do you do bodybuilding? What is training plan? What do you eat? and so on...
